HAND-MOULDED SADDLE LEATHER IN THE SHAPE OF A TABLE The design approach that in 1977 led Mario Bellini and Cassina to clad the structure of a chair in saddle leather – in the manner of a bespoke suit, breathing life into the iconic Cab – prompted the great architect and the Meda-based company to extend the same aesthetic language to the creation of an elegant, sophisticated table.
