ALL THE BEAUTY OF WOOD Originally designed for the “1858” Galleria Giustini / Stagetti furniture collection, the FF.Spine design bookcase is Formafantasma’s first project for Cassina. A tribute to wood, to its strength, substance and natural imperfections which, thanks to the know-how of the company’s carpentry workshop, becomes a modular piece in which an extremely concise and linear construction is balanced with distinct geometric virtuosity. TYPES Suspended with wall-mount, floor standing with wall-mount, free-standing double-sided. MATERIALS Canaletto walnut or ash for uprights and shelves; solid wood support posts. FINISHES Natural finish/set of colours hand-applied using ragging technique/matte black lacquer.
