Décowood draws on cutting-edge technology that combines the properties of fibreglass with a compound of hardwood powder and recycled polymers to obtain a product with increased mechanical resistance, durability and dimensional stability. Fibreglass technology is applied as standard to the Décowood Classic and Décowood Plus honeycomb profile lines. Compared to other generic cladding, Décowood is up to 40% more resistant in terms of tensile strength, elasticity and resistance to impact. These properties allow Décowood to excel in both domestic settings and in public places subject to high levels of foot traffic. With its formula and the particular surface finish, designed to favour increased grip, Décowood profiles are also perfect as poolside coverings, as they are not subject to swelling with water or damp.
